3 . Animal - I think we can stick to the silverskull butterfly. I keep them as pets on the internet - fictional, yes, but in Iceland, they have elves in their constitution, so who would stop us? Unless someone has a great idea, of course. Very Happy

4 . Leader Title - Najesty? Archon? I prefer latter, and have no new ideas. Keep in mind it would be fairly irrelevant, it's more important for the abstraction of events. You would never adress someone saying, "My archon, can I speak to you for a moment?", for example. It's more of for political texts and representation to the outside. "This is the archon of Dark Arcadia, blah blah". You get the gist.

5 . Motto - I had "Ave Caligo" for my Nationstates Dark Arcadia - Hail Darkness - but, first of all, it's probably bad grammar latin, and secondly, it's probably not that good... or?

6 . Plant - The, um, Orchid? ...I have no clue. I have never given this a thought!

7 . Citizenship Name - I always liked Arcadians. "Dark Arcadians" is too long. Thoughts? Darcians (ew?)? I'm game for good suggestions.

More to the point, it was a rough design showing a little of what could be done with the rough parameters of the DA flag provided thus far. I actually should look at the one in the Wiki a little more carefully and see if the symbols used therein could be easily translated to this rough design.

Translation: Take the symbol as currently is and put it on this flag in silver. Admittedly, I find the current design http://dusk.datavibe.net/wiki/images/thumb/a/a2/Dark_Arcadia_-_Flag.gif/150px-Dark_Arcadia_-_Flag.gif to be a trifle complex for a national flag, as I feel a flag should be a bold symbol of your nation, rather than an art contest for Most Detailed Dude with a Pickaxe on a Mountainside... see the Nevada flags and license plates for an example. As such, I favor strong strokes rather than subtle ones, clear meanings over complex representations.

But then, I'm just a guy with GIMP and a few filters. Very Happy

P.S. I'd like to play with the existing prism design a bit, too. A few strokes to make the existing meaning a bit more clear, and the existing meanings of the flag could easily be translated to a new one.
