My personal thought is that we should snag someone to do Citizen App's as soon as the eight paragraph constitution is done. I'd say that's nation enough to work out in basic way. We can't possibly construct everything before declaring Dark Arcadia a nation, so I wouldn't want to try, either.
Thoughts about this? What do you think needs to be decided before we can call ourselves micronational Citizens of Dark Arcadia? |
