As a major aspect of any nation willing to be consistant with itself whilst trying something unusual and non-self-sustaining, I think Dark Arcadian culture is perhaps its most valuable aspect, represented in the values future Arcans must be taught to truly carry that name, to function, to fit into this bizarre creation. If we had schools, we would teach a very unique philosophy to our children.
Of course, culture is something that evolves - we cannot dictate how people think before people are even a part of a nation. I've picked the few of you because I think you fit into what I envision of a cultural Dark Arcadia, whether or not I end up even being a Citizen of it myself or not. I feel that instead of telling you what I think is important in Dark Arcadian culture - the principles by which the Citizens live their daily lives - I would like to hear it from you.
What is Dark Arcadian culture to you? What do you envision? Look into the future, and tell me what you see, or what you wish to see.
I, too, will make a post about my own beliefs here shortly, though a lot of them can be found on the CF wiki entry and more can be read between the lines.
Edit: Forgive if the wording of this post is a bit more awkward than usual, I've broken my holy rule of never make significant changes to a post. |
